ROKSHANA GRADWELL

Our senior director and Founder, Rokshana Gradwell (neè Rahman) has 26 years of experience in private legal practice. She specializes in commercial law, property law, conveyancing and notarial work.

Mrs. Gradwell has extensive experience in financial management, governance and risk management, strategic management, leadership and personnel management.

She is an examiner for the national Attorneys Competency Exams, Conveyancing and Notarial Practice for the Legal Practice Council. She also serves as Chair- person of the Disciplinary Committees for the NHBRC and the Legal Practice Council.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Law (Wits University 1994)
LLB (Wits University 1996)
Masters in Business Leadership (MBL – Unisa 2013)
Diploma in Home Owner’s Association Management
